  1. 4 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Dogs, split lengthwise
  2. 8 slices 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Pre-Sliced Yellow American Cheese
  3. 4 hot dog buns
  4. 2 tbsp. butter, softened
  5. 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  6. 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  7. 4 scallions, sliced

directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix butter, garlic powder, and onion powder. Flatten buns and spread butter mixture on outsides of buns.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add hot dogs, turning occasionally, until charred, about 2 minutes per side.
  3. Place buns butter side down in skillet and top with a slice of 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Pre-Sliced American Cheese, a 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Dog, another slice of 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Pre-Sliced American Cheese, and one-quarter of the scallions.
  4. Cover and cook over medium heat until the cheese melts, then use a spatula to close the bun. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
