In a pan over medium-high heat, drizzle a little olive oil and add the slices of D&W Cajun Style Chicken Sausage. Cook until D&W Cajun Style Chicken Sausage slices start to get a little color. Season with a little salt and pepper, to taste.
Remove D&W Cajun Style Chicken Sausage from pan, drizzle a little more olive oil in the pan, and add baby kale. Season with a little salt and pepper, and cook until slightly wilted.
While the baby kale is cooking, begin to assemble the breakfast bowl starting with the cooked quinoa.
Top quinoa with D&W Cajun Style Chicken Sausage, pickled red onion, and soft boiled egg. Add avocado slices and sauteed baby kale, and finish with salt, pepper, or seasoning of choice to taste.
