cherrywood smoked ham - swiss & cranberry sandwich

ingredients

  • 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Cherrywood Smoked Ham
  • 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Pre-Sliced Swiss Cheese
  • Fresh sourdough
  • Fresh arugula
  • Cranberry jam

directions

  1. Head to your local deli and pick up D&W Cherrywood Smoked Ham.
  2. Toast two pieces of sourdough bread on a pan over medium heat until golden brown.
  3. Once toasted, take off pan and layer on 3 slices of 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Swiss Cheese.
  4. Once cheese is added, top off with 3 slices (or more depending on how thick slices are) of 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Cherrywood Smoked Ham.
  5. Finish off with a handful of fresh arugula.
  6. On the other slice of toasted sourdough, spread on a generous portion of cranberry jam.
  7. Once spread, put slices of bread together, add back to pan, and using another side of pan (or a panini press if available), press!
  8. Once cheese is melted, take off pan, slice in half and enjoy.
