ingredients

  1. 8-10 slices 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Brown Sugar & Molasses Ham
  2. 8-10 slices 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Cherrywood Smoked Ham
  3. 20-30 slices 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Provolone Cheese
  4. 10-20 slices 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Prosciutto
  5. Crackers
  6. Edible Flowers, optional

directions

  1. Fold 4 slices 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Brown Sugar & Molasses Ham in quarters, place at the top of the board. Roll 5 slices and place directly below.
  2. For the roses, layer 4-6 folded slices of 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Provolone cheese around the edge of a wine glass, overlapping as you go. Continue layering cheese until your rose seems full, then flip the glass over to remove your rose and place it on the board.
  3. Follow the same process with 2-4 slices of 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Prosciutto to create roses and add to the board.
  4. Fold 8-10 slices of 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Cherrywood Smoked Ham and layer on board between the roses.
  5. Add your favorite crackers to the bottom of the board.
  6. Decorate the board with your edible flowers and serve!
