ingredients

  1. 2 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Chicken Sausages
  2. 4 slices 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ White Cheddar Cheese
  3. 1 tomato

  5. mixed greens
  6. 2 pita pockets
  7. mayonnaise, to taste
  8. tsp vegetable oil

directions

  1. Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large pan on the stove.
  2. Cut 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Chicken Sausage into 1-inch pieces and add to pan, cook until browned on both sides.
  3. Cut tomatoes and avocado into 1/2-inch pieces.
  4. Slice pita pockets in half and spread desired amount of mayonnaise inside each half.
  5. Fill each pita with a slice of 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ White Cheddar Cheese, sausage, tomato, avocado, and a handful of mixed greens.
