salami flatbread - salami on pizza

ingredients

  • 3 slices 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Natural Uncured Genoa Salami
  • 1/2 cup balsamic caramelized onion
  • 2 slices 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Bacon
  • 1 thin slice 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Blue Cheese
  • 1/4 cup arugula
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic oil
  • 1 flatbread (pita or naan)

directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees & prepare a baking sheet by lining it with foil and then setting your prepared pita or naan bread on top.
  2. Spread the olive oil and caramelized onions across the pita or naan.
  3. Fold the 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Natural Genoa Salami into smaller circular pieces and place them evenly on the flatbread.
  4. Place some olive oil in a pan and sear the 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ bacon, then cut the bacon into smaller bite sized bites and pull crumbles from the slice of blue cheese, then sprinkle both plus the arugula across the bread.
  5. Place into oven for 10 mins.
  6. Lightly drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette onto the finished pizza.
