ingredients

  • 4 slices of 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Sriracha Chicken Breast
  • 2 slices of 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 tbsp of 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Mixed Red Pepper Mayo
  • 1 handful of baby spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup of red onion, sliced
  • 1 bagel



directions

  1. Cut bagel in half and spread 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Mixed Red Pepper Mayo evenly on both sides.
  2. On the top half of the bagel, layer fresh baby spinach leaves and sliced red onion.
  3. On the bottom half of the bagel, layer sliced 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Sriracha Chicken Breast with sliced 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Mozzarella Cheese on top.
  4. Carefully close the bagel halves together, place on a baking sheet, and bake in oven on 350 degrees until cheese has melted.
  5. Slice in half and dig in!
