turkey quesadilla with cranberry honey mustard

ingredients

  • 8 slices 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Organic Turkey Breast, shredded
  • 1/2 cup 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Cranberry Honey Mustard, for dipping
  • 2 slices 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Mild Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 2 slices 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Premium Swiss Cheese, shredded
  • 2 slices 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Picante Provolone Cheese, shredded
  • 4 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Whole Wheat Wraps
  • 1/8 cup Fresh Sage, chopped

directions

  1. Spray skillet with olive oil and heat over medium heat
  2. Place one wrap on the bottom of the skillet
  3. Top wrap with 2 slices of 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Cheese, shredded, 4 slices of 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Organic Turkey, shredded, half of chopped sage, and 1 slice of cheese, shredded, and top with the second wrap.
  4. Grill for about 5 minutes, then flip to the other side and grill for another 5 minutes or until cheese has melted.
  5. Cup 1/2 cup of 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Cranberry Honey Mustard, for dipping.
  6. Take off heat and cut into fourths to serve.
  7. Repeat for second quesadilla.
